Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 48 years

  • Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing

  • Major in Marketing/Finance/Operations from reputed universities.

  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience, including at least 7 years in leadership roles within consumer electronics, FMCG, Consumer Electronics or durable goods industry.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Define and execute product portfolio & category strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives.

  • Drive market research & consumer insights to anticipate customer needs and identify growth opportunities.

  • Establish competitive pricing strategies ensuring volume growth, margin improvement, and market competitiveness.

  • Lead brand building, marketing campaigns, and product communication to enhance visibility and consumer trust.

  • Champion new product development and innovation, from concept to launch, ensuring differentiation.

  • Own P&L accountability of assigned categories; deliver revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

  • Implement strategic sourcing & vendor management to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

  • Monitor competitor moves, regulatory shifts, and industry dynamics to safeguard market leadership.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver category business plans and achieve business KPIs.

  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams with a focus on capability building.

  • Report performance, risks, and opportunities directly to CBO and CBDO with data-driven insights.
