Experience:
Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing
Major in Marketing/Finance/Operations from reputed universities.
Minimum 12–15 years of experience, including at least 7 years in leadership roles within consumer electronics, FMCG, Consumer Electronics or durable goods industry.
Define and execute product portfolio & category strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives.
Drive market research & consumer insights to anticipate customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
Establish competitive pricing strategies ensuring volume growth, margin improvement, and market competitiveness.
Lead brand building, marketing campaigns, and product communication to enhance visibility and consumer trust.
Champion new product development and innovation, from concept to launch, ensuring differentiation.
Own P&L accountability of assigned categories; deliver revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
Implement strategic sourcing & vendor management to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Monitor competitor moves, regulatory shifts, and industry dynamics to safeguard market leadership.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver category business plans and achieve business KPIs.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams with a focus on capability building.
Report performance, risks, and opportunities directly to CBO and CBDO with data-driven insights.
