Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

  • Build and enhance the brand’s presence in domestic and international markets.

  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns to support brand initiatives.

  • Cultivate relationships with key buyers and clients.

  • Leverage digital platforms for targeted marketing and advertising campaigns.

  • Analyze data from campaigns to measure ROI and improve effectiveness.

  • Identify potential markets and clients for business growth.

  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meetings.

  • Work closely with design teams to align products with market demand and trends.

  • Ensure timely development of samples to meet client expectations.

  • Oversee the entire merchandising process, from order placement to delivery.

  • Ensure that quality, timelines, and cost objectives are met.

  • Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of raw materials and trims.

  • Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules with vendors.

  • Develop cost sheets and price negotiations with buyers to ensure profitability.

  • Monitor production costs and maintain competitive pricing strategies.

  • Any other task assigned by the management.
