• Masters/MBA in Marketing.
• Bachelor/Honor’s

• Age 45 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Experience: The applicants should have experience in Prominent Feed & Chicks company of Bangladesh
• Minimum 15 (Fifteen) years experiences in Sales and Marketing.
• Should have strong leadership, interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand and product.
• Good planning & organizational skills.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Take initiative to achieve the sales & collection target of the company.
• Demand forecasting & target setting.
• Implementation of marketing strategies, product promotions and customer relationship.
• Expanding to include sales management, new business & product development, distribution channel management and customer service.
• Plan and direct staffing, training and coaching, Monitoring, Controlling and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
• Responsibility to credit realization from respective clients/organizations/dealers on a timely manner.
• Find out competitors market share and positioning, product portfolio and Price, Competitors top selling items, Discounts, offer programs for dealers.
