Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Summary:
∎ The position is responsible for building, nurturing and leading deposit sales team on the other hand generating new businesses and maintain existing clients.
∎ Responsible to achieve the deposit portfolio target.
∎ To build a team in combination of permanent and contractual employees.
∎ Train up the team to reach target customers.
∎ Responsible for product development and partnership development with end customers.
∎ Ensuring compliance as per internal policy framework.
∎ Leading and developing team, succession pipeline and engaging high performers.
∎ Responsible for supervising the total day to day deposit sales both in Head Office and at Branches.
∎ Maintaining compliance with applicable laws, policies, standards, guidelines for the entire process of deposit sales in line with the regulatory guidelines as well as internal policies and procedures.
∎ Maintained the total costs to deposit ratio within the level set by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8-10 year(s) including at least 3 years as Head of Liability in any financial institutions
∎ Leadership skills
∎ Interpersonal skills
∎ Strong networking
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good understanding of market for deposit mobilization
