∎ LL.M/ LL.B from a reputed University with affiliation of Advocate ship
∎ Barrister-at-Law will be treated as additional qualification
∎ LL.M/ LL.B from a reputed University with affiliation of Advocate ship
∎ Barrister-at-Law will be treated as additional qualification

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Vetting of agreements or documents referred by various Dept.
∎ Prepare and send legal or office notices when required.
∎ To draft (in some cases) or vet lease agreement.
∎ To send letters arising out of issues from agreement
∎ To communicate with external retainers for seeking suggestions on various legal issues.
∎ Look after mortgage & other banking documentation duly.
∎ To communicate with concern bankers for execution of all bank documents
∎ To provide land documents as per requirements by bank panel lawyers.
∎ Monitoring land asset for preparing as collateral against bank finance (up to date issues).
∎ To face & monitoring legal issues arising out from bank finance.
∎ Handling & monitoring other criminal cases arising out from company’s other operations
∎ Maintaining meetings with bank panel lawyers & bankers when required.
∎ To prepare visit to proposed collateral land for bank appointed surveyor regarding valuation.
∎ Organize meetings with outsiders if required.
∎ Discussion meeting with internal dept. officials when required.
∎ Monitoring cases which are continuing.
∎ Prepare collateral land status up to date statements for representations to Board Directors.
∎ Assessment on all over yearly assignment.
∎ Any other jobs as are assigned time to time by department head.
