Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA/ M.Com from a reputed university with a good academic track record.
∎ Candidates with professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA/ ACA/ ACMA/ equivalent qualification) will get preference.
∎ Educational requirements will be relaxed for the candidate who demonstrates significant networking ability and is capable of acquiring new clients for the issue management service.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable to find a new issuer company.
∎ Should be capable of making a plan, directing, or coordinating the full IPO procedure.
∎ Develop, implement & monitor the policies and assessment of interested issuer company.
∎ Review all documents of issuer companies to ensure the IPO rules & regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years of working experience in the capital market.
∎ S/he must have experience in managing at least 02 (two) IPOs as a team leader.
∎ Expert in all types of IPOs, i.e., Fixed Price/Book Building/SME.
∎ Should have good communication skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Capability to lead and motivate the professional team to run the organization & protecting the interests of the company and stakeholders.
∎ Excellent in Microsoft office suite.
∎ Hard working and able to work under pressure.
∎ Must be capable to reply against queries from regulators.
