Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor (4-Years) / Masters degree, preferred in business discipline from any recognized university. Professional qualifications like CA/ CMA/ CS/ CFA/ ACCA/ PGDCM (BICM) will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibilities of the issue management department and other related issues.
∎ Ability to manage public issues and process the issues as per rules & regulations independently.
∎ Ability to process works related to IPO, RPO, Right Issue, Private placement etc.
∎ Capable to handle BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL, RJSC, TAX matters for issue management purpose.
∎ Provide different corporate advisory services to the issues.
∎ Experience in issuance of debt securities will be added advantage.
∎ Maintaining good liaison with key regulators.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 (Ten) years relevant experience, 3-5 years' experience as a Head /Deputy position of issue management department of any leading merchant bank of Bangladesh.
