Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the Head of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit function across all subsidiaries within the Group. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating risks, and enhancing internal controls.
∎ Develop and implement a risk-based internal audit plan for the Group.
∎ Lead and manage a team of internal auditors.
∎ Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations.
∎ Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for risk management and process improvement.
∎ Prepare audit reports and present findings to key stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in a leadership role.
∎ Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
