Educational Requirements:
∎ CA-CC in a reputed firm, M.Com/ MBA in Accounting.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Audit plan and implementation across the group accordingly.
∎ Develop internal control to achieve value for money and the prevention and detection of fraud and corruption.
∎ Provide advice on proposed developments such as major new systems and proposed initiatives to help ensure risks are properly identified and evaluated and appropriate controls built in.
∎ Plan and conduct audits to assess internal control in operation, analyzing existing controls and recommending controlling in specific organization systems.
∎ Identify instances of over and under-control and provide management with a clear articulation of residual risks
∎ Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
∎ Determine internal audit scope and perform accordingly.
∎ Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
∎ Review L/C Costing.
∎ Review Bank Payment and Cash Payment Vouchers on a daily basis.
∎ Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process
∎ Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement
∎ Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
∎ Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management interventions
∎ Perform any other responsibilities as per instruction by the management.
∎ Any other task that the management may assign to you.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of practical experience in the same field.
∎ Skilled in Bangladesh Auditing standards, Auditing procedures, and audit report writing.
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of modern financial management, VAT, Tax and internal control system, etc.
∎ Competent in computer-based accounting systems.
∎ Profound analysis & people management skills.
∎ Willing to work under immense pressure.
∎ Well Known to ERP/ KPI/ SOP.
