Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance Banking,Accounting,Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance Banking,Accounting,Finance
∎ Qualified Certified Internal Auditor (C/A)/ ACA (ICAB),
∎ Part-qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience
∎ BRAC University,University of Dhaka,North South University students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC,ACA,ICAB
∎ Training/Trade Course: Internal Audit
∎ Skills Required: advanced excel skill, Finance and Banking, Knowledge on Trading Business, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Writing skills in English
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Internal Audit, Internal Auditing, Inventory management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess enterprise risk management and takes initiatives to mitigate.
∎ Design internal audit plan, procedures and work programs.
∎ Development of SOP in the risky areas of the company.
∎ Lead audit team to ensure audit is conducted as per policy on time.
∎ Prepare audit report and to highlight significant/ major issues of process improvement opportunities and recommendations within dead line.
∎ Recommend audit subjects for annual business plan based on risk and controls assessment.
∎ Check all kinds of purchase requisition with bill and vouchers.
∎ Conduct Pre and post cost analysis with actual result.
∎ Check and audit inter-company transaction register/ledger at a regular interval.
∎ Check & verify Raw materials, spare parts and GRN process.
∎ Perform special investigation/assignment/market audit/customer audit as suggested by Management.
∎ Train and develop team members for smooth functioning of internal audit process.
∎ Report Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly when required.
∎ Maintain financial, inventory and other important departmental audit in the business unit.
∎ Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant policy, guidance, laws and regulations.
∎ Maintain proper documentation system and preserve appropriate assurance evidence.
∎ Conduct market visits for competitive prices & products.
∎ Conduct market visit for customer audit, balance confirmation, inventory audit etc.
∎ Ensure recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance process.
∎ Conduct follow up audit in market, HO and showroom level at a regular interval.
∎ That Books of Accounts are properly maintained in the forms prescribed duly approved by the Committee.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Capable for managing multiple audit teams
∎ Excellent presentation and reporting skills is a must
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communications both written and speaking in English
∎ Honest and Hardworking.
∎ Good Interpersonal and Leadership skill.
∎ Ability to prepare Reports for Management.
∎ Ability to settle issue instantly while reporting to concerns.
