Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production plan and delivery schedule, follow up the shipment schedule as per the plan and ensure shipment as per target.
∎ Follow up and solve quality problems and handle the inspections ensuring buyer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with Knitting, Dyeing, AOP, Chest Print, Embroidery and Washing achieve on time delivery.
∎ Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the quality, production and solve all production issues and arrange the smooth flow.
∎ Implement methods & systems including 5S, Lean covering all processes to achieve end to end efficiency and maximize productivity by using minimum resources.
∎ Fulfill weekly, monthly & annual targets in the line with agreed budgets. Achieve monthly KPI and keep Man to machine ratio as per approved budget.
∎ Prepare and present sectional production and efficiency reports, earnings chart, status graphs & KPIs.
∎ Introduce cost reduction systems to minimize CPM.
∎ Drive continuous improvements in operation and productivity.
∎ Create learning culture and develop team members to be capable of handling higher responsibilities.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
