Responsibilities & Context: Primary Objective To lead the development and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy that supports long-term business growth. To foster a high-performance culture focused on employee engagement, diversity, and productivity. To act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors on all talent-related matters. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and employer branding to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market. Organizational Development: Design and implement organizational structures that improve communication and operational efficiency. Performance Management: Establish a robust performance appraisal system that links individual goals to company KPIs. Compensation & Benefits: Manage the company’s salary structure, bonus programs, and benefits packages to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Learning & Development (L&D): Identify training needs and create leadership development programs to build a strong internal talent pipeline. Employee Relations: Serve as the final point of escalation for complex labor relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Compliance & Legal: Ensure the organization is in 100% compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and safety regulations. Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that boost employee morale, such as wellness programs, town halls, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies. HR Technology: Oversee the implementation and optimization of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to drive data-based decision-making. Budget Management: Create and manage the annual HR budget, ensuring the best ROI on human capital investments. Succession Planning: Identify key roles within the organization and develop plans to ensure leadership continuity. Required Skills & Qualifications Strategic Vision: Ability to look beyond daily operations and plan for the company’s needs 3–5 years into the future. Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead large teams and influence executive-level stakeholders. Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor laws, payroll administration, and HR best practices. Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate sensitive personnel issues and corporate politics. Analytical Skills: Ability to use HR metrics (turnover rates, cost-per-hire) to prove the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Employee Turnover Rate: Reducing the percentage of employees leaving the organization. Time-to-Hire: The efficiency of the recruitment process for critical roles. Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS): Measuring overall employee satisfaction and loyalty. Revenue per Employee: Tracking the overall productivity growth of the workforce.
