∎ Vivo Bangladesh Factory is a well-reputed Chinese multinational smartphone assembly and manufacturing company, namely Best Tycoon (BD) Enterprise Ltd. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Finance & Logistics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of vat & Tax principles, with a strong focus on logistics.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team and all accounting, financial reporting, and analysis activities.
∎ Manage tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international rules& Regulations.
∎ Oversee and optimize import, export, and local logistics operations to control costs.
∎ Develop and implement robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
∎ Implement and monitor supplier performance appraisals, driving continuous improvement among logistics providers.
∎ Ensure full Vat & tax compliance and minimize Vat & tax-related risks.
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and logistics teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
∎ Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the department.
