∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACA
∎ Skills Required: Advance MS Excel, Analytical Skill, ERP, MS Office Applications

∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Analysis, Corporate Finance, Corporate Reporting, ERP, Finance Management, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Airline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising the activities of business analysis, budgeting and reporting the same to management on a regular basis.
∎ Facilitating the compliance procedures for the single set of financial reporting to all stakeholders.
∎ Following up the implementation of strategic business plans & SOPs of all SBUs.
∎ Upgrading the consolidated reporting standards of the group & performances measures of SBUs.
∎ Supervising the timely communication of all the business performances to management.
∎ Supervising the reporting of consolidated performance at regular interval to management.
∎ Performing the financial analysis based on the MIS & reporting the same to the Management on demand.
∎ Reviewing the MIS reporting to the foreign JV partners in a regular basis.
∎ Reporting the cluster-wise business performance analysis depending on the contemporary business challenges.
∎ Supervising the team to maintain proper communications with banks and financial institutions in order to get credit facilities whenever required.
∎ Coordinating with the banks and financial institutions in order to get credit facilities, bank guarantees and remittance related issues.
∎ Coordinating with Bangladesh Bank for approval issues.
∎ Identifying the prospect of new investment as per the advice of management and report the same on a real time basis.
∎ Scrutinizing the biz growth & models for better financial control of the group.
∎ Timely assisting the decision-making process of Management providing financial and non -financial analysis.
∎ Financial modeling for the new projects or existing business models based on the business needs.
∎ Communicating the new investment portfolio report to Management for optimizing the business opportunities.
∎ Monitoring the functions of ERP and MIS Team.
∎ Supervising the management of accounting software including fixed asset norming in all SBUs.
∎ Development of Group MIS, Corporate & SBU's reporting upgradation, development & automation, etc.
∎ Development of new and better internal control system for the organization.
∎ Proposing development of new policies both financial and operational for the group.
∎ Supervision of all the SBU Finance teams and their functions.
∎ Supervising the Banking & Treasury Management team.
∎ Supervising the Business Analysis & Control team.
∎ Supervising the Regulatory & Corporate Reporting team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 42 years
