Job Context:
∎ Report to: Group CFO / Senior Vice Chairman
∎ The Head of Finance & Accounts has to provides both operational and programmatic support to the organization. Supervises the wide range of financial, budgeting and audit related activities for the business unit and will be the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. This position reports directly to the Group CFO / Senior Vice Chairman and will work on all strategic and tactical matters relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding and audit function for the company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead in continuous evaluation and effective implementation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
∎ Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
∎ Maintain liaison with top management of the Financial Institute & Insurance Company
∎ Ensure credibility of Finance team by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
∎ Ensure the financial infrastructure is stable and supports the demands of future growth.
∎ Review, analyze and recommend the present scenario regarding investment, fund borrowing
∎ Supervise the company fund management & ensure the utilization of fund
∎ Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
∎ Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action.
∎ Liaison with External Auditor and other Corporate Bodies for various purposes;
∎ Maintain strong relationships with senior management so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
∎ Provide advice to the executive management on the financial implications of business activities.
∎ Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.
∎ Provide recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities strategically.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ 10+ Years with at least 5 years' experience in relevant position.
∎ Capability to influence Govt. Bodies, Banking Institution & Non-Banking Financial Institution, DSE, SEC & Insurance Companies
∎ Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: As relevant with the respective position
Salary: Negotiable
