Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master`s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant certification.

• Demonstrated expertise in fundraising, asset management, and financial planning.
• Experience in managing corporate departments and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of corporate legal and audit management principles.
• Proven track record of managing treasury operations and optimizing cash flow.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies, as well as proven track of Fund Raising both in Nationally and internationally.
• Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure fundraising opportunities, maintain contacts and ensure coordination and reporting of key financial matrix and results to key stakeholders of the company.
• Prepare and control detailed budgets and financial forecasts, aligning them with Apon Bazaar’s business goals.
• Manage and oversee cash flow planning, ensuring optimal treasury operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and funding sources.
• Ensure compliance with corporate legal requirements, audit management, and financial reporting standards.
• Mentor, lead, and develop the finance team to achieve business goals both short term and long term.
