Skill Requirement

• Deep expertise in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP fundamentals, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS), switching, and VPNS

• In-depth knowledge of security measures including firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, Fortinet), IDS/IPS, access controls and encryption protocols (SSL/TLS, IPsec).

• Experience in cloud security for public and hybrid environments.

• Proficiency in administering operating systems (Windows, Linux/Ubuntu/CentOS), enterprise-level storage and virtualization systems.

Experience Requirement

• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience managing Enterprise Networks, preferably in Banks, Fls, Telco, or Large Organizations with 3 years of experience in leadership position

• Hands-on experience with Network & Security solutions such as Load Balancers, WAF, NDR, NGFW, and security tools like NAC, SIEM/SOAR, FIM, and PAM

• Strong familiarity with OEMs such as Juniper, Palo Alto, F5, Fortinet, and Cisco

• Proven track record in local and foreign partner/OEM management, negotiations, and enterprise-level technical project planning and execution.

• Requires strong strategic leadership, risk management and excellent communication skills to align security initiatives with business objectives

Job Level: Mid-Senior (upto SAVP)

Job Context:

This is a leadership role responsible for the strategic planning, design, implementation and overall management of the organization's network infrastructure and security posture. The position ensures secure, stable and high-performing IT systems while aligning IT strategy with business goals and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive network and security strategy and roadmap aligned with overall business objectives.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level network architecture (LAN, WAN, VPN, cloud environments) and

• security systems Establish and enforce security policies, procedures and best practices (eg, ISO 27001, NIST) to protect digital assets from cyber threats

• Develop and maintain incident response and disaster recovery plans, serving as the primary escalation point for major incidents

• Build, mentor and manage a high-performing team of network and security professionals

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring and budget control.
