Expertise in network protocols like TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF
Proficiency with hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto and Fortinet
In-depth knowledge of security measures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, access controls, and encryption protocols (SSL/TLS, IPsec).
Experience with network security monitoring tools and scripting.

Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Ubuntu and CentOS.
Ability to manage projects, system upgrades, and migrations from start to finish.

Experience Requirement
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing Enterprise Networks, preferably in Banks, Fis, Telcos, or Large Organizations Hands-on experience with Network & Security solutions like Load Balancers, WAF, NDR, NGFW, SIEM/SOAR, FIM, and PAM
Strong preference given to candidates with proven experience and certifications in Juniper-based networks (routing & switching).
Experience in Hyperconverged Infrastructure, enterprise storage systems, and enterprise-level technical project execution.
Proven track record in local and foreign partner/OEM management and negotiations

Job Context:
This leadership role is responsible for the strategic planning, design, implementation, and overall management of the organization's database systems. The position ensures secure, stable, and high-performing databases (including replication sites) while aligning IT strategy with business goals, compliance requirements, and data security standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive database strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the architecture, design, and maintenance of enterprise databases (Oracle RAC & Dataguard, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and MongoDB).
Implement and enforce database security features such as TDE, Masking, Redaction, and Auditing to comply with standards like ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS.
Manage database operations including installing, upgrading, patching, tuning, and troubleshooting across various platforms.
Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning for database systems to ensure business continuity.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of database administrators.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and control departmental budgets.
Continuously monitor database performance and availability to proactively resolve issues.
