Proficient in cross-border e-commerce business and have an international perspective.
More than 10 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce, preferably those with successful project experience in well-known cross-border e-commerce companies.
Open to new things with strong data analysis skills and business acumen
Have an entrepreneurial mindset and good at communication and collaboration
Proficient in both English & Mandarin
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify the strategic priorities of the company`s cross-border & choice business, and be responsible for achieving the required business targets.
Analyze overall market trends, competitive landscape, and historical internal operation data to formulate the business plans for the new financial year and regularly review to adjust the strategies and plans in a timely manner.
Based on the business needs, set up operation teams, allocate resources effectively, and manage employee performance.
Responsible for the overall operation of the cross-border & choice business, including strategic planning, product sourcing, operation and data tracking etc.
