∎ The ideal candidate should have a rich profile with reasonable years of commendable track record & wide range of experience in managing recovery team and its functions.Experience of working in FEED, CEMENT and other relevant industry under debt recovery environment would be an advantage.Capable to maintain high standards of financial management and record keeping.Strong interpersonal, Organizational, leadership and negotiation skillsMaintain up to date knowledge and understanding of appropriate regulations and internal policies and procedures in relation to debt recoveryComply and uphold the company’s policies and procedures, such as health and safety, IT, security, email and anti-virus policies and equality and fair treatmentHave an appropriate level of knowledge of all clients’ business, background and circumstances and fully understand the client requirements.Maintains the highest professional standards and able to multi-task, manage time effectively and keep calm under pressure
