∎ Job Overview:
∎ Plan, strategize, manage a portfolio out of the bank`s existing borrowers which require special handling
∎ Play a leadership role in managing these borrowers through a dedicated support team
∎ Maintain continuous customer contact as well as customer satisfaction with the intent to improve conduct of the borrowers` business transactions with the bank
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a credit portfolio of assigned accounts which require special handling
∎ Formulate account strategies, establish business tracking systems for credit collections
∎ Supervise a team of analysts / support staff
∎ Achieve / exceed all targets and KPIs set by the Head Office with the goal to maximize bank's bottom-line
∎ Call on each client in the portfolio at least once every quarter
∎ Ensure highest standard of corporate governance, accountability, and reporting requirements
∎ Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures of the bank and all other external / regulatory influencers
∎ Proactively negotiate difficult terms and conditions, pricing, rescheduling, etc. with the clients
∎ Identify / escalate downgrading of deteriorating loans in accordance with the bank's policies
∎ Maintain liaison with the Bangladesh Bank, all related internal and external regulatory units, government agencies, etc
∎ Conduct yearly appraisal of accounts in the portfolio
∎ Ensure rotation, staff competency, career development plan for all staff members under jurisdiction
∎ Identify training needs and ensure appropriate training of all/concerned staff members
∎ Perform other duties as and when assigned

∎ Experience in Credit : 5 years
∎ Total Job Experience : 15 years
