Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for category growth and profitability, aligned with the company’s overall goals.
∎ Develop a data-driven approach to optimize category performance across multiple channels (e-commerce, retail, etc.).
∎ Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competition to identify new opportunities.
∎ Oversee product lifecycle, including ideation, development, pricing, launch, and optimization.
∎ Collaborate with R&D, design, and marketing teams to bring innovative HealthTech and cosmetic products to market.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
∎ Ensure quality standards are upheld while aligning with consumer preferences and company vision.
∎ Drive category sales growth and profitability through innovative strategies, including promotional planning and pricing.
∎ Monitor category KPIs, analyze performance data, and make strategic adjustments to meet targets.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Marketing, Sales) to enhance and expand the category portfolio.
∎ Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and technology teams to ensure seamless operations and product delivery.
∎ Partner with the technology division to integrate digital solutions and enhance the customer experience.
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing category management team.
∎ Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
