Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be work experience in marketing at least 5 years in any company / organization.
∎ Ability to survey, planning and recruit required skilled manpower & design the formation / Structure of the business.
∎ Candidate should be able to explore marketing field by own capability and shall have to be prepare move to any place of Bangladesh for professional need.
∎ Maintaining relationship with the potential clients.
∎ Able to traveling all over Bangladesh
∎ Able to estimate existing demand & survey of future growth.
∎ To prepare own sales plan and to achieve set target on this industry.
∎ Ability to increase public awareness about cleaning, safety & hygiene.
∎ Arrange Meeting and visit potential Customers regularly.
∎ Weekly Report on category wise Customer Complaint Reconciliation with correction plan to the required professionals.
∎ Monitoring and comparative study with competitors and their project and promotions.
∎ To assist line manager, developing Industrial & Commercial Sector.
∎ To assist line manager, developing Residential, Industrial & Commercial Sector aligning overall business plan.
∎ To visit, collect & understand the client requirement and make proposal accordingly
∎ Able To create brand
∎ To visit field extensively for market survey and as well as for potential client hunt.
∎ Exploit techniques to enhance sales and increase revenue.
∎ Study, prepare and administrate sales offers and contracts
∎ Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
∎ Submit data and management report on time
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management as per company requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge about the use of modern equipment.
∎ Skilled in Computer
∎ International experience and dealing with MNC's
∎ Excellent commercial knowledge, ability to make deal in single hand
∎ Excellent communication skill in English/ Bengal.
