Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Knowledge in Agricultural Automobile sectors will be given priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
agricultural sector, Automobile, Credit Management, People Management, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve volume targets and brand building for Company through continuous channel management.
∎ Extremely sensitive to service and product related issues and escalates for timely closure
∎ Responsible for network expansion.
∎ To understand the potential of Tractors in the markets and their pricing strategy.
∎ Understanding of the various geography of the country and matching segments and industry potential
∎ To implement the launch of products at approved prices, implement actions for brand building and marketing, service and spares related action.
∎ Ability to forecast and plant orders in line with market expectation
∎ Good leadership skill and ability to handhold and guide the team on delivering the desired expectation
∎ Ability to understand various marketing and Sales initiatives done by competitors and plan countermeasures.
∎ Create price proposal for new product.
∎ Create a product launch plan and execute it.
∎ Formulating recovery policies and operational procedure to make effective and special recovery package for customers
∎ Ensure collection target achievement in monthly, Quarterly & Yearly
∎ Follow up collection target, achievement & report to HOD
∎ Coordinate Legal notice issue & ensure Return/Re-sale of seize asserts in compliance with approved process, within specified timeframe from the date of seizing assets
∎ Ensure and monitor the reconciliation of money receipts.
∎ Ensure that adequate and effective internal systems (chain of command and reconciliation) are in place. To flow up the whole credit lying in the field. Analyze the leakage and weak point of collection in the ground.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 42 to 48 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have practical experience in the area(s): Sales, Marketing, Automobile, Agricultural Implementation Tools, Credit Management and Managerial position.
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good command over spoken and written English.
∎ Good communication, drafting and reporting skills.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office outlook & Internet.
Salary: Tk. 100000 - 120000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy
