∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tour and Travel Agency, Amadeus, Basic knowledge of GDS (Galileo. Sabre)), IATA Portal activities.

∎ Sky Bird Travel Agents Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed, reliable and IATA approved Travel agency that assists customers with the Airline Ticket Reservation GDS system (Air Ticket -Domestic & International), Organizing Hajj & Umrah, Visa processing and creates personalized itineraries based on customers` preferences, Holiday Package (Inbound & Outbound), Hotel Booking & Organizing Corporate Group Tour.
∎ Sky Bird Travel Agents Pvt. Limited is looking for eligible and deserving candidates for the position of Head of Biz Development & Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the overall operations of the travel agency.
∎ Ensuring sales growth for dedicated/assigned areas.
∎ Understanding trends of the market and setting team plans accordingly.
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
∎ Meet profit and sales targets.
∎ Train and supervise the existing and newly recruited team members to deliver excellent services.
∎ Liaison with foreign agencies/airlines/embassies.
∎ Monitoring compliance with airline regulations, policies, and procedures, and take necessary actions to ensure required standards.
∎ Provide necessary guideline & support to Visa Processing.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Must remain updated on Hajj/Umrah/Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the team and others accordingly.
∎ Ensure & Assist clients in planning their Hajj and Umrah journeys, providing accurate information on visa requirements, flights, accommodations, and transportation options.
∎ Have experience in group ticket arrangement & Provide complete travel service solutions to clients.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and IATA related operations.
∎ Must have updated knowledge about international & domestic tour packages.
∎ Excellent at dealing with clients over phone and providing necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction round the clock (24/7).
∎ Ensuring renewal of Licenses on time.
∎ Other related responsibilities as per management instruction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years in IATA accredited travel agency's reservation and ticketing department.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the areas of reservation/ Ticketing in a Travel Agency and/or Hajj & Umrah Agency.
∎ Should have strong leadership, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Should have smart & smiley face with presentable personality.
∎ Should be well groomed and well mannered.
∎ Should be honest, trustworthy and hard working.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing ability & an approachable working style.
∎ Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
