Job Context:

Ltd. is a reputed, reliable and IATA approved Travel agency that assists customers with the Airline Ticket Reservation GDS system (Air Ticket -Domestic & International), Organizing Hajj & Umrah, Visa processing and creates personalized itineraries based on customers` preferences, Holiday Package (Inbound & Outbound), Hotel Booking & Organizing Corporate Group Tour.
∎ Sky Bird Travel Agents Pvt. Limited is looking for eligible and deserving candidates for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive-Reservation & Ticketing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Ticketing & Reservation: Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Travelport, Saber & Amadeus), Product knowledge, Fare computation, Customer Service, Modifications and Processes cancellations of reservations.
∎ Sell Tickets and Reservations.
∎ Creating market opportunity, Market Visit, Client hunting,
∎ Meet-up the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
∎ Making invoices & maintaining ticketing and visa-related accounts.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.
∎ Providing visa (Visa Processing) and other necessary documents to the valuable clients.
∎ Interpret IATA regulations & Conversant with IATA portal.
∎ All other duties as directed by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Travel Agency, Tour Operator
∎ Skills required: Airline Reservation System (GDS) on Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo.
∎ Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email correspondence in English and Internet browsing.
∎ IATA Portal activities.
∎ At least 02 years in IATA accredited travel agency's reservation and ticketing department.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the areas of reservation/ Ticketing in a Travel Agency and/or Hajj & Umrah Agency.
∎ Should have smart & smiley face with presentable personality.
∎ Should be well groomed and well mannered.
∎ Should be honest, trustworthy and hard working.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing ability & an approachable working style.
∎ Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
