Ltd. is a reputed, reliable and IATA approved Travel agency that assists customers with the Airline Ticket Reservation GDS system (Air Ticket -Domestic & International), Organizing Hajj & Umrah, Visa processing and creates personalized itineraries based on customers` preferences, Holiday Package (Inbound & Outbound), Hotel Booking & Organizing Corporate Group Tour.
∎ Sky Bird Travel Agents Pvt. Limited is looking for eligible and deserving candidates for the position of Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive-Umrah Hajj & Visa.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and expand customer base for Hajj, Umrah & Islamic Tours.
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell Islamic Tour packages.
∎ Ensure all communication both written and verbal is professional, accurate and conducted in a timely manner.
∎ Develop new, exciting travel related services.
∎ Recommend potential Hajj-Umrah services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
∎ Make calls & visit to enhance new client base.
∎ Attend prospective walk-in clients; give quotation with consultation of Sales/Service departments.
∎ Experience of booking hotels & transfers in both Pilgrim Cities of Makkah & Madinah.
∎ Develop Hajj, Umrah &Tour Packages.
∎ Process all of the documents required for the Visa processing.
∎ Act as an intermediary between the various embassies and the agency.
∎ Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
∎ Clear concepts on all bookings, issue, reissue and refund policies.
∎ Liaison with travel partners, including airlines and hotels and tour operators.
∎ Maximize revenue by developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan in conjunction with the Management.
∎ Other related responsibilities as per management instruction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Hajj & Umrah Agency, Travel Agency, Tour Operator
∎ Skills required: Airline Reservation System (GDS) on Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo.
∎ Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email correspondence in English and Internet browsing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the areas of reservation/ Ticketing in a Travel Agency and Hajj & Umrah Agency.
∎ Should have strong leadership, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Should have smart & smiley face with presentable personality.
∎ Should be well groomed and well mannered.
∎ Should be honest, trustworthy and hard working.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing ability & an approachable working style.
∎ Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
