Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ M.Sc/ Masters (Preferably Major in Marketing) from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Client Service, International Marketing, Project Management, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify new business opportunities - including new markets in home and abroad, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
∎ Marketing of own company to potential clients for selling own software and other services and ensure sales for achieving the organizational goal.
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plan, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Developing annual sales plan and achieve sales target as per plan.
∎ Overseeing, formulating and developing marketing campaigns along with business development.
∎ Manage brand positioning through maintaining liaison with agencies, promotional materials and publications, press releases and different promotional activities.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with internal and external customers/ stakeholders/ companies.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and coordinate with after-sales support team to develop market.
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
∎ Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of experience as Head of Marketing (for Local & International Sales) in any reputed Software Development Company.
∎ Strong command in English (reading, writing, speaking).
∎ Should have strong leadership capability & team building efficiency
∎ Ability to work independently under time pressure and be constantly on the run, juggling multiple projects at once.
∎ Experience in government and private sector tender proposal preparation.
∎ Should have good knowledge in Power Point, Excel, Word, CRM software.
∎ Proven sales track record.
∎ Flexible and resourceful at problem-solving
∎ Communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Time management and planning skills.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
