Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
At least 12 years experience in sales and marketing, B2B and B2C sales and marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & oversee the company's e-commerce business efforts like Marketing and sales, Operations and Business Growth.
∎ Head the planning & execution of the marketing strategies to promote services to online customers.
∎ Set yearly sales target and meet them with team efforts.
∎ Continuously optimize product listing and merchandise categories for optimal sales.
∎ Allocate work to the marketing executives & supervised them
∎ Develops & implements marketing plans to serve business objects.
∎ Select & manages ongoing relationship with different markets vendors.
∎ Ensures the project/department milestones/goals are met & adhering to approved budget.
∎ Develop a department-wide online marketing strategy.
∎ Supervise Ecommerce Marketing Team.
∎ Lead development of tailored marketing campaigns.
∎ Identify and reaches out to potential affiliates.
∎ Research and formulates ways to optimize user experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Digital mindset with experience in: analytics, digital, design, content creation, and running successful digital campaigns
∎ Skilled in inbound marketing techniques and best practices
Salary: Negotiable
