Job Responsibilities:
Report directly to the CEO as a member of the senior management team.
Overall planning organizing leading and controlling work of business Development Administration Department.
To set up company’s strategic goals planning and analyze statistics for assessing overall business performance.
Play the main role for developing business and executing marketing strategies.
Manpower recruitment for various posts.
To arrange training for newly recruited employees.
Co-ordination with top management.
Improve the operational system and policies.
To arrange all type of development meeting (In door/out door), Conference and other events.
To supervise & control duties, responsibility of subordinate staff.
Providing administrative support to the marketing team.
Generating sales report and forecasts for top management review.
Carry out any other task assigned by the management.
Job Location: Head office in Dhaka.
