Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.SC in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Engineering University with good academic background.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team of HVAC Business for the Food & Pharmaceuticals Industry.
∎ Planning, directing & executing the HVAC Project sales.
∎ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing business unit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 (Five) years of progressive experience in HVAC equipment sales in Pharmaceutical Industry.
∎ As a Head of Business, Clean room HVAC & Allied Products, you'll need to:
∎ Increase market penetration in Food & Pharma Industry by securing new customers and expanding the scope of products and services purchased by the existing customers.
∎ Serve customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
∎ Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services
∎ Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
∎ Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
∎ Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
∎ Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
∎ Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
∎ Arrange and carry out product training
∎ Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records
∎ Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
∎ Support marketing department for the relevant activities
∎ Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
∎ Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
∎ Help in the design of custom-made products
∎ Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team.
∎ An ideal candidate should:
∎ Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
∎ Be self-motivated, extraverted, tactful, organized, results and goal-oriented professional.
∎ Be driven by a desire to satisfy customers and provide a high level of customer relations skills.
∎ Be capable of successfully closing the sales agreement and provide follow-up to assure sustainably strong customer relationships.
∎ Have excellent project management skills to properly plan the implementation of a project (timely availability of required materials, equipment, tools, and manpower)
∎ Have great "people skills" to work closely with management, sales, purchasing, accounting, and field personnel within the Company; as well as with vendors, customers, subcontractors, etc. outside the Company.
∎ Have a desire to continually learn new methods; adopt, accept and apply new technology from internal or external resources and continually strive to identify more efficient ways to perform existing processes.
∎ Challenge the "status quo" and motivate other team members, openly taking into account the ideas and suggestions of others and incorporating constructive suggestions into practice.
∎ Knowledge & Experience of the following: HVAC, Clean Room, Pharmaceutical Machinery, Food Industry Machinery, Chiller, AHU etc.
∎ Personal Traits: Honest & polite, Patient, Self Driven, Responsible, Punctual, Leader-like, technical enthusiast, self learner, tolerant to different opinion.
