Credit Control And Recovery
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead receivable & Collection team to manage day to day Credit and collection activities
∎ Prepare monthly collection plan and monitor it regularly
∎ Collect receivable from dealer and related customer regularly as per credit policy.
∎ Monitor Credit Collections KPI’s
∎ Daily, Weekly and monthly report regarding payment, dues, pending issues.
∎ Direct interaction with selected customers in resolving receivables delinquencies
∎ Maintain credit and collection policies of the company.
∎ Contact & frequent Visit distributors’ showroom and to assess, research and evaluate the Distributors’ creditworthiness.
∎ Coordinate Sales team to resolve the issue to expedite the collection effort.
∎ Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of credit & collection functions and processes
∎ Assisting in formulation of specific collection objectives and achievement of same
∎ Work with risk management to identify current and potential credit risks and develop suitable mitigation/prevention strategies;
∎ Work with operations and Sales/Marketing team to analyze competitive environment at the dealer level and recommend alternative competitive strategies
∎ Prepare various reports like aging, bad debt analysis, agency incentive analysis, cash forecasts, collections status, and other miscellaneous reports as needed.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the seniors/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have skills on advance excel to generate management report.
∎ Certification in Credit Control Management is an added advantage
∎ Experienced in ERP system/ MNC/ Electronic Equipment/Home Appliance company will get priority
