Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflows across all departments.
∎ Oversee office management, facility maintenance, and procurement processes.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and workplace safety standards.
∎ Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures.
∎ Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
∎ Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
∎ Maintain compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
∎ Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required.
