∎ Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with NuevaForm Bangladesh’s business objectives.
∎ Brand Building: Enhance brand visibility and recognition through innovative campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
∎ Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
∎ Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.
∎ Digital Presence: Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
∎ Partnerships and Networking: Build relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, suppliers, and industry partners.
∎ Performance Metrics: Track and report on marketing campaign performance, ensuring alignment with ROI targets.
