Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the process of balance sheets, income statements, statement of comprehensive income, Statement of cash flow and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
∎ Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
∎ Capacity to handle independently all affairs of accounts department & Compiling and presenting financial and budget report
∎ Monitor & responsible of Tax, Vat, Commercial/ Export issues
∎ Analyze financial statements and budgeting
∎ Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
∎ Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
∎ Monitoring spending and budgets & Establish budgetary control for running the business in a smooth and cost effective manner
∎ Auditing and analyzing financial performance
∎ Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits
∎ Actively participate in the annual budgeting process by providing updated cost information across different product lines.
∎ Co-ordination with internal/ external auditors.
∎ Budget management, cost- benefit analysis, investment planning, risk assessment.
∎ Ensure safety and security of documents and ensure confidentiality of information.
∎ Establish and continuously improve accounting system with a comprehensive chart of account that satisfies the statutory and management information needs as per accounting jobs.
∎ Financial planning including continuously Accounts reconciliation on daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Verify bank/stock/cash reconciliation report prepared by Accounts department.
∎ Financial handling, payments, CD, ST, VAT, Bank and other departments.
∎ Ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
∎ Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 to 20 years 'working experience in RMG industry/Buying House.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Audit, Commercial and Bond Customs, Finance/ Accounts, Tax (VAT/Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience Garments, Garments Accessories, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Should have excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of computer, especially MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Data Base Management, etc.,
Salary: Negotiable
