Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop diverse and healthy menus that meet the dietary requirements of patients, ensuring proper nutrition and presentation.
∎ Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring hygiene, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
∎ Lead and manage the kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, providing guidance and training as needed.
∎ Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and appearance, and address any issues promptly.
∎ Collaborate with dietitians and nutritionists to ensure that patient diets are followed accurately, considering allergies, restrictions, and medical conditions.
∎ Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage the kitchen budget efficiently.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food handling guidelines.
∎ Create special menus for patients with specific dietary needs, such as diabetes, allergies, or cultural preferences.
∎ Stay updated on culinary trends, new cooking techniques, and nutritional advancements to enhance the quality of meals.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth food service operations across the hospital.
∎ Organize catering services for hospital events, conferences, and special occasions as required.
∎ Maintain records related to menus, recipes, inventory, and kitchen operations.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The candidate should have a practical work experience of working in Hospital/Reputed Hotels.
