∎ Furniture and assembling flat-pack items.
∎ Painting and decorating.
∎ Unblocking sinks and fixing leaking taps.
∎ Minor repairs.
∎ Basic gardening.
∎ Clearing gutters.
∎ Plumbing and HVAC repairs.
∎ Electric Wiring and Electrical Work Fix.
