Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
∎ Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
∎ Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction.
∎ Provide accurate information about the hotel/resort services, facilities, events, and local attractions.
∎ Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
∎ Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
∎ Promote upselling of services, rooms, and special packages.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of guest information.·
∎ Adhere to all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (IDS).
∎ Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
∎ Friendly, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
∎ Standing for long periods.
∎ Working in shifts (day/night/rotational).
∎ Fast-paced environment with direct guest interactions.
