Additional Requirements:

  • Weekend: Saturday (fixed)

  • No Experience is required

  • Office Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

  • Candidate must have a minimum grade A in English in both SSC and HSC.

  • Candidate must have a 4-year engineering degree in Computer Science or a related subject from a reputed university.

  • This is a 100% office-based position; remote applicants will not be considered

  • Salary range: up to 20000 BDT. If your expectation exceeds this, please do not apply

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide direct support across all Originate Marketing services including lead generation, email marketing, social media management, reputation management, personal branding, SEO, and design & branding.

  • Manage daily client communication in English through email, calls, and meetings, ensuring updates, feedback, and requests are handled promptly and professionally.

  • Assist clients in understanding service processes, timelines, and deliverables, building trust and maintaining strong long-term relationships.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects and deliverables across multiple departments.

  • Support new client onboarding by gathering requirements, explaining available services, and aligning expectations with project scope.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on client needs and goals.

  • Monitor and analyze client concerns or issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure resolutions are delivered in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with the growth, support, and operations teams to maintain service quality and consistency across all clients.

  • Manage Workflow, Growth Pipeline, and CRM systems to ensure tasks, client records, and project updates are properly tracked and maintained.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and Originate Marketing’s service offerings to communicate value effectively to clients.

  • Act as the single point of contact for clients, representing Originate Marketing with professionalism and accountability.
