∎ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CMA) is required.
∎ 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
∎ Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Proven experience in managing the finances of a group of companies or large-scale operations.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
∎ Oversee the financial operations of all group companies, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
∎ Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Lead the annual budgeting process, including preparing financial forecasts and monitoring performance against budget.
∎ Manage the group’s cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations, investments, and growth initiatives.
∎ Identify and manage financial risks across the group, implementing risk mitigation strategies as necessary.
∎ Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws, including the preparation and submission of tax returns for all group entities.
∎ Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and audit requirements are met.
∎ Provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making, including cost-benefit analysis, profitability analysis, and investment appraisals.
∎ Lead and mentor the finance team across the group, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
∎ Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, the board of directors, and other stakeholders.
