∎ ADDIE Soft Ltd. is seeking GRAPHICS, MOTION GRAPHICS & VIDEO EDITOR to join its talent pool based in Dhaka and assist in the ongoing development of its technology platform. The successful candidate needs to have 2-3 years of experience working as a motion graphics editor in any reputed software development company/ advertising company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deeply passionate about Videography, Video Editing & Motion Graphics.
∎ Bring ideas and concepts to life through creative motion graphics.
∎ Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
∎ Animate, edit videos, static graphic content mainly focused on social media marketing.
∎ Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics/animations.
∎ Combining visual footage with audio sound effects, dialogue, ambient sound, and a soundtrack.
∎ Developing Graphical & Creative Designs for both Print and Electronic Media.
∎ Developing Layout and Sketching.
∎ Developing Graphical & Creative Brief/ Presentation for the audience and make them understand.
∎ Generate innovative ideas and concepts of various promotional tools.
∎ Design drafts for review by Management, Superior, Creative Head and make revisions based on the feedback received.
∎ Development of new designs from idea generation to the final product.
∎ Understanding designs from technical perspectives through pattern and specifications.
∎ Responsible for the coordination and production of all images, videos, design materials, pdfs needed for the organization's digital marketing team.
∎ Understanding project requirements and ideas and collaborating with the team to launch projects.
∎ Using feedback from the digital marketing department to improve the design idea.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Has an outstanding work portfolio.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern motion graphic techniques.
∎ Must have excellent command in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
∎ Should have expertise in Adobe's Creative Suite including Illustrator, In-Design, Lightroom, and Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and C4D.
∎ Special Experience on Clipping Path, Multiple Clipping Path, Image Masking, Photo Retouching, Photo Restoration, Image Enhancement, Color Correction, Object Removing, Creating Various Shadows, Brochure & Catalog Design, Page Makeup, News Paper Ad, etc.
∎ Capable to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
∎ Experience in working for an organization will be given preference.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task successfully.
∎ High work Ethics & Professionalism.
∎ Expert in Typing both English and Bangla
∎ Able to work with team spirit.
∎ Dynamic, energetic, hardworking, self-motivated with creative and innovative ideas.
∎ Must have Strong advanced Level Graphics Design Capability.
∎ Other Jobs & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
