∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Must have experience in Offset Printing, Book binding/cover, Brushier, Shopping Bag, calendar, Diary and Garments accessories. Etc.
∎ Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
∎ Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
∎ Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D) is a plus but not mandatory.
∎ Must have experience in Offset Printing, Book binding/cover, Brushier, Shopping Bag, calendar, Diary and Garments accessories. Etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and diverse design projects.
∎ Must have experience in Offset Printing, Book binding/cover, Brushier, Shopping Bag, calendar, Diary and Garments accessories. Etc.
∎ Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand project objectives, requirements, and target audience. Develop creative concepts and design solutions.
∎ Create visually appealing layouts and graphics that align with brand guidelines and project briefs.
∎ Follow the SOP for achieving the marketing plan by following up on the marketing roadmap.
∎ Work closely with printers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure the successful production and delivery of final design.
∎ Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality designs that meet client expectations and project deadlines.
∎ Stay updated on emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance design capabilities and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
∎ Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to clients and team members, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
∎ Understanding of layouts & usage of colors, good sense of typography, and design skills.
∎ Attracting new customers with value addition.
∎ Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique ideas and solutions.
∎ Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
