• Premiere Pro Expert (Must)

• Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for various digital and print media.
• At a line: You are welcome if you have an idea about making YouTube content with eye-catching graphics, audio & video footage.
• Create a visual YouTube thumbnail design.
• Experience in video content creation.
• A portfolio of previous video and design work is mandatory
• Only experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

Software skill:

• Must have expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.

Job Context:

EXNIN is one of the leading companies in the e-learning platform of Bangladesh. We are looking for a smart, intelligent, and career-oriented person for the post of “Graphics Designer and Video Editor.”

In this role, you will be assigned the following responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Edit videos using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (must).
• Create motion graphics, promotional videos, explainer videos, and social media content.
• Apply smooth transitions, color correction, audio balancing, and sound design.
• Produce reels, shorts, ad videos, trend-based content, and corporate videos.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align videos with campaign goals.
• Optimize videos for different platforms: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Ensure all videos maintain brand guidelines, style, and consistency.
• Handle raw footage organization, file management, and project archiving.
• Creative Graphic Design.
• Create engaging video content for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and social media for the e-learning platform.
• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, and banners.
• Combining visual footage with audio sound effects, dialogue, and a soundtrack.
• Create trending motion or animation.
• Camera use experience is a plus point for videography and photoshoots (green screen shoot).
