∎ Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications

Job Responsibilities:
∎ CORE ACTIVITIES Graphic Design/Production:
∎ Produce online graphics and advertising banners.
∎ Contribute ideas and design artwork to meet the overall brief and associated objectives.
∎ Work to tight deadlines ensuring accuracy and output quality does not suffer.
∎ Produce accurate high quality artwork within corporate brand guidelines and standards.
∎ Develop and enhance designs/artwork by gathering information and data to clarify design requirements.
∎ Think creatively to produce new ideas.
∎ Use innovation to clarify briefs/job requirements and to meet the constraints of time.
∎ Manage the capture, collation and archiving of photo / video shoot.
∎ Maintain an integrated image/product information database for the company.
∎ Support any events that may require graphic expertise.
∎ SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT (FACEBOOK - INSTAGRAM)
∎ Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written) to reach the right and ideal clients.
∎ Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Social" way
∎ Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
∎ Develop and expand outreach efforts.
∎ Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages)
∎ Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
∎ Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
∎ Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
∎ Report notable threats to appropriate management.
∎ Analyze campaigns and translate data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media
∎ campaigns, always trying to maximize results
∎ AD MANAGEMENT
∎ Create and manage ad placements
∎ Manage proofing system to ensure no mistakes
∎ ACCOUNTABILITIES Ensures campaign planning, execution timelines and training are maintained in the Activity Calendar.
∎ Create and stimulate leads through online posts
∎ Analysis of market research information
∎ Create and strategize impactful branding that spread through social media (video, organic, paid posts)
∎ Assisting strategy development and post analysis on marketing and advertising campaigns.
∎ Ensures standards are met and according to StudyNet requirements
∎ KEY COMMUNICATIONS Internal Contacts: Country Manager, COO, CEO, Marketing Coordinator and Sales
∎ External Contacts: Marketing and communication consultants including print, online and media.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 - 3 yrs of relevant experience in the field especially in the Education Industry
∎ 2 - 3 yrs experience in SEO
∎ Demonstrated experience in the marketing of product and/or services.
∎ Proven graphic design media and digital campaign experience.
∎ Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
∎ Strong business development skills.
∎ Thorough with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Exceptional organisational and planning skills that contributes to effective and efficient project execution.
∎ Exceptional writing skills and innate ability to convey (and evolve) our "voice" and the ability to incorporate feedback with an attention to detail.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
∎ High attention to detail, organised and the ability to multi task under pressure.
∎ Ability to problem solve that contributes to productive and creative outcomes.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and Content Management.
∎ Strong work ethic and personal accountability
∎ Demonstrated time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and to meet deadlines.
∎ Passion, dedication and commitment to marketing and communications with a great attitude that embraces a positive work culture and a healthy work ethic.
∎ Preferably with CRM experience.
