∎ Experience in graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
∎ Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Creative mindset and attention to detail
∎ Ability to manage time and work independently

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design marketing materials such as social media posts, flyers, and banners
∎ Maintain and develop the company’s visual branding
∎ Manage and run social media pages and advertising campaigns
∎ Plan and execute online promotions and boost campaigns
∎ Create and schedule content in coordination with the team
∎ Maintain communication with clients or partners when needed
