• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant video editing programs.
• A passion for real estate and an understanding of the industry trends.

Your Role:

• Conceptualize and design impactful marketing materials for print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Craft engaging and persuasive written content, including brochures, website copy, and social media posts.
• Develop and edit captivating video content to showcase our properties and highlight their unique features. (Bonus points if you can create 3D renderings or virtual tours!)
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project goals and target audiences.
• Stay updated on current design and marketing trends within the real estate industry.
