Responsibilities & Context:
Design marketing materials including social media posts, Visiting Cards, Letter Head pad, banners, brochures, flyers, and advertisements
Create basic visual content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Help prepare and format documents.
Maintain proper formatting (alignment, font, spacing) in client documents.
Edit, organize and combine files (PDF, images, scanned documents).
Assist the team in checking documents for neatness and presentation.
Maintain digital files and folders in an organized way.
Follow company design style for all graphics and documents.
Work with the team to complete tasks on time.
Learn and improve design and document skills over time.
