∎ Master's in social sciences or similar sectors.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Desired date for taking-up duty: 1st March 2020
∎ Reports to: Country Representative
∎ Coordinates with: HoP, National Coordinators, HR and Logistics Manager, External Relations Manager, Finance Manager etc.
∎ Technical referent: CLARISSA Country Coordinator, HQ Program Manager and MEAL Coordinators

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience in business development and proposal writing, fund mobilization for a national or international development organization
∎ At least 3 years of field experience.
∎ Track record of understanding development work around at least two of the relevant sectors -WASH, Child Protection, Health, Nutrition, Emergency Response
∎ Overseas education will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent English writing, analytical and communication skills
∎ Excellent ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team
∎ Ability to be assertive, when necessary
∎ Ability to analyze (judgment, practicality) and to synthesize. Persuasive writing skills.
∎ Well organized, attentive to details, and use concise
∎ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and to set priorities
∎ Ability to adapt
∎ Outstanding ability to listen and negotiate
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Calm and composed
∎ Ability to work under stress in general, and in emergency situations in particular
∎ Flexibility and humour
∎ Responsive, motivated, good communicator
