∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enable the team to attain sales and bill collections as per targets.
∎ Identify and secure new and dormant B2B clients.
∎ Identify growth opportunity and enable team to win new businesses.
∎ Regularly perform business calls as per visit/ engagement plans.
∎ Visit client's office/ factory/ plants as per monthly visit charter.
∎ Reporting on changes in market situation, upcoming trends, technological changes, new product information and competition information (Existing/New).
∎ Assist line manager in developing annual business plan.
∎ Generate and submit sales and other regular reports on time.
∎ Ensure right product, technical support and timely delivery for B2B clients.
∎ Ensure bill collection/recovery through team within the given timelines as per contract with
∎ client.
∎ Ensure timely delivery with collaboration with supply chain team
∎ Provide market and competition data on a monthly basis

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferred prior work experience in Lubricant Industry, Garments, Cement, Steel or general manufacturing industries
∎ Minimum B.Sc in Engineering preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical discipline
∎ Master knowledge on product specs through technical trainings.
∎ Demonstrate drive for results and remain proactive.
∎ Engage and inspire team members.
∎ Demonstrate awareness of own impact on others.
