Educational Requirements:
∎ Four years' Bachelor/Master's in any subject from a reputed university/college

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A) Monitor anthropometric measurement of the U5 children
∎ The promoter will monitor the measurement of the 0-6 months aged children
∎ Record the nutrition status of the beneficiary
∎ B) Ensure the GMP of the beneficiary and Keep proper recording
∎ 0-6 months aged, all children will be under the GMP coverage
∎ He/she will maintain regular coordination with the outreach team to reach the target
∎ The promoter will ensure the plotting in the GMP card based on the anthropometric measurement
∎ He/she will have to maintain a register for proper record keeping
∎ He/she will be transparent in terms of record keeping
∎ C) Provide regular promotional messages
∎ He/she will have to provide promotional messages to the beneficiary based on their nutritional status
∎ Take proper follow-up regarding maintaining the trend
∎ He/she will provide home visit request to the outreach team
∎ D) Reporting and statistic:
∎ Keeps a tally of all the U5 beneficiaries who come to the nutrition facility
∎ He/she will have to submit the weekly/ monthly report
∎ Evaluate the improvement of caregivers' knowledge of health and nutrition-related topics.
∎ Report any problems to the nutrition supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 years' experience in the nutrition project
∎ Must have good communication skills
∎ Good communication and presentation skills
∎ Team-building, capacity building and training skills
∎ Language: Must be proficient in English and Bangla in both writing and speaking
∎ Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Salary: Tk. 34000 (Monthly)
